Located at 1015 University Avenue SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414, the newly envisioned Freund Haus even further improves your university living experience by taking the groundbreaking project that was the original… and improving it that much more! With incredible feedback from a number former hausmates, after the fire, we took their thoughts, ideas & concepts and combined that input into the newly designed Freund Haus! An even fresher, practical and personal approach to the concept of where you live was taken, to make “where” you live, an experience to be remembered. Your personal and shared space needs have been carefully balanced like no other. This building was re-developed with you in mind. The experience and input from those who lived here were essential to guide the improvements we made!
The Freund Haus has only 6 units, each with a unique floor plan. Themed after major European cities, there’s only one of each locale for you to choose from. As a focal point, each kitchen boasts stone counters representative of their region. Whether you’re looking for a 4 or 5 bedroom (up to 5 or 6 person occupancy) you’ll love the attention to detail and quality brought to each space. Each apartment boasts some of the largest bedroom sizes available in this market.
